Red Ruble kale/ borecole is very easy to grow, with very distinctive dark wine red serrated leaves, similar to the Red Russian style shaped leaves.
Ideal for baby leaf production in salads, rather than full head production as the intense colour fades as plant matures.
Typically the iron content of the kale is 10 times higher than other varieties and it can be harvested virtually all year round.
