Aalsmeer is an early vigorous variety with excellent curds that are well protected. It produces creamy white heads of good depth and weight and is a good variety for being frost hardy, so will grow in all regions of the UK.
 
Water your Cauliflower Aalsmeer regularly as a lack of water can cause premature formation of small button heads.
 
Harvest: April - May (the following year)
