A top notch pointed summer and autumn cabbage and as the name suggests is very quick to mature, excellent flavour and a firm favourite as it produces tender juicy hearts with a mild flavour and easy to grow.
 
Has little inner core and very few wasted leaves.
 
The greyhound cabbage is a open pollinated variety that's over 70 years old and was first grown in the 1940s.
