Our Thousandhead Kale is a very productive multi headed strong growing Borecole Kale, which is rich in vitamins.
 
Very hardy and prolific. Pick winter into spring. Harvest the delicious young tender shoots.
 
Can grow easily in poor soils, frost and snow improves its flavour.

Nutritional Values: Pro-vitamin A, vitamin C, K, and B6 along with iron & folic acid.
