  • Red Russian Kale has large flat, tooth edge leaves with deep purple veins that intense as winter comes in. 

     

    It’s a very tender kale and full of flavour to use raw in salads or cooked. Hardy and stands for a long time. 

     

    Ready in as little as 7-10 days for use in micro salads.

     

    Harvest: November - February

     

    Nutritional Values: A very good source of Vitamins A, C, K, and B6, along with Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
