This Leek Musselburgh is the most popular variety for its strong growing habit. It is very winter hardy producing thick stems and will be ready from November onwards. 
 
Traditional Scottish variety with a mild  flavour, first introduced in the 1830s. A main crop winter vegetable that should be grown on an outdoor plot.
