A  hardy winter savoy cabbage, which is a old traditional heritage variety first grown around the ancient market town of Ormskirk in Lancashire  around 1899.

Very tender and sweet with a deliciously distinctive flavour, which can be cut for your christmas dinner.

Dark green heads, with outer leaves containing the most nutrients, so be sure to use them first.

The soft texture and mild flavour makeas the ormskirk savoy a preferred cabbage for use in many recipes.
